Concrete achievements. Another indicator that significantly increases its evaluation in the institutional aspect, is the high quality of representation and defence in all instances of court adjudication in the Republic of Albania, measured by the results of cases won in the amount of 85-90% of them, fact that can be easily evidenced by the control of its processes in the Courts of First Instance and General Jurisdiction in Tirana and other districts, the Administrative Court of Appeal and the General Jurisdiction Court in Tirana, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania.
On the international level
Also, achievements that increase the prestige and affirm the name of the Studio even at the international level are evidenced in the representation and protection of clients in court proceedings in the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), where it is worth mentioning some of the cases won by it in the last 2-3 years, such as:
For the first time in Albania!
As a result of an exceptionally high and professional level of defense in the field of inheritance law (a discipline of private law, in which the Studio is among the most specialized in Albania), it also managed to win a case of which the most recent practice of the Civil Chamber of the High Court in analogous cases was unfavorable to it. This created, for the first time, an unprecedented case in the established practice of court decisions in the Republic of Albania, where a First Instance Court decided to uphold its conviction regarding the interpretation of the law without taking into consideration a stance of the High Court.
Objectives:
At the core of the Studio’s activity has been and remains the maintenance of professional quality, integrity and correctness. But the studio has enough capacity to increase with new products and services the Albanian market, mainly in private international relations. Also, the market of the right of hydrocarbons, or green and alternative sources, above all the amicable solution of issues are among the objectives of the Studio to be achieved in 2021 and onwards.
